Delivery & our promise
Order by 2pm — cut fresh in the morning, delivered tomorrow in a chilled van. Choose your window.
When it arrives
- Order before 2pm
- Cut the next morning and delivered the next day, in the window you choose.
- Order after 2pm
- Delivered the day after next. We never rush a cut to make a slot.

- Dubai only, for now.
- Delivery fee
- Free.
How it arrives
- In our own chilled van, from our cold room to your door.
- Every pack labelled with the cut, the production date and the exact tare weight. You pay for meat, never packaging.
- Keep it refrigerated at 0–4°C. Freeze on arrival if you are not cooking it within two days.
What we don’t do
No one-hour delivery
Fresh meat is cut the morning it leaves. A promise of an hour is a promise to cut corners.
No third-party bikes
Your order rides in our own chilled van with someone who knows what they’re carrying and who it’s for.
No ambient anything
Nothing leaves our cold room in a paper bag with an ice pack. Chilled from the cutting table to your door.
If something is wrong
If what arrives is not what you ordered, or not in the condition it should be, tell us the same day and we will put it right.
