Everything we sell follows these eight rules.
Delivered cold, in our own van.
Never on a bike, never a courier, so you can be sure it's been looked after the whole way.
You know exactly what it is.
Every label says where it came from. Our beef also says what it ate. If either changes, you'll know before you buy.
Prepared for the dish, not just cut.
Strips for the wok, cubes for a stew, fillets for the pan — trimmed and ready, so you cook rather than prep. Every pack tells you what's inside.
If it isn't right, we make it right.
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.
Fresh, not previously frozen.
Our beef, lamb, chicken and salmon are fresh, not previously frozen. If anything we sell is frozen, the pack says so.
Sealed in our StayFresh pack. Five days minimum.
Every order is sealed and dated in our StayFresh pack — longer in the fridge, fewer trips to the shop. Follow the use-by date: beef and salmon keep six days, chicken seven and prawns five from packing, stored as directed.
Priced fairly, and we check.
Every month we compare our per-kilo prices with other butchers in Dubai. We won't be the cheapest, but dirham for dirham you won't find better value — and we check.
Tested in our kitchen, every cut.
