Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. The selected pack’s weight and price are shown before you add it to your bag. A burger box price includes the contents listed; its displayed weight refers to the beef, not the total box. There is no minimum order and delivery is free.

Natural cuts can vary in appearance. Photographs illustrate the product; they do not change the weight, ingredients or description you are entitled to receive. Check the product description and the pack’s ingredient and allergen labels before use. Contact us before ordering if you need information about an allergy.

The final total is shown before payment. If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you to agree a correction or cancellation and any refund. We will not charge an additional amount or substitute a different product without your agreement.

You must have legal capacity to place an order and provide accurate contact and delivery details. Checkout.com processes payment through its payment form. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code.

Check the products, quantities, address, date and delivery window before paying. A successful payment and order confirmation acknowledge your order. Keep your order reference and contact us if payment appears to succeed but you cannot find confirmation. We will resolve any payment or availability issue with you.

We deliver within supported areas of Dubai. Checkout checks the address and shows available dates and windows. Orders placed before 2pm Dubai time can be delivered the next day; from 2pm the earliest date is the day after tomorrow. The date and window confirmed for your order apply.

Orders travel in our chilled vans. Please arrange for someone to receive the order and refrigerate it promptly. Tell us quickly if the address or access instructions need changing. If delivery fails or is delayed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable remedy; this does not remove your rights for late, unsafe or non-conforming goods.

Follow the storage temperature and use-by date printed on each pack. We pack on delivery day. Current refrigerated shelf life from packing is six days for beef and salmon, seven for chicken and five for prawns, subject to the label and appropriate storage.

Fresh meat and salmon may be frozen on arrival. Prawns are frozen at source and thawed for packing; do not refreeze them. Cooking guidance is a starting point, and you are responsible for handling and cooking food safely. Do not eat food you suspect is unsafe; contact us.

Email us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. We will confirm what is possible based on whether preparation or delivery has started. Perishable food cannot generally be returned simply because you change your mind after preparation or delivery.

If something is wrong, tell us with your order reference and, where possible, a photo within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement on the next available van or a refund as appropriate. The 48-hour request helps us investigate; it does not extinguish mandatory consumer rights. Our Refunds and replacements page explains the process.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law, including rights relating to defective, unsafe, misdescribed or non-conforming goods. Any responsibility for a loss is assessed under applicable law; we do not exclude liability where doing so is unlawful.

UAE law applies. Disputes may be raised with the competent UAE consumer authority or courts. These terms do not restrict any mandatory right to complain or seek a legal remedy. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms made available when you place your order apply to that purchase. Contact us if you need a copy or help understanding them.
