Everything we sell follows these nine rules.
Delivered cold, in our own van.
Never on a bike, never a courier, so you can be sure it's been looked after the whole way.
You know exactly what it is.
Country on every label, and feed on our beef. If either changes, you’ll know before you buy.
Cut for what you're cooking.
Choose the cut for your dish — strips for the wok, cubes for a stew, or fillets for the pan. Every pack tells you what’s inside.
If it isn't right, we make it right.
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund you. This helps us put it right quickly and does not limit your legal rights.
Freshness you can see.
The packing date and storage instructions are on the label. Our prawns are frozen at source and thawed for packing; they are clearly marked. Our beef, chicken and salmon are fresh.
Sealed to keep fresh.
Sealed and dated for freshness. Follow the use-by date: beef and salmon keep for six days, chicken seven and prawns five from packing, stored as directed.
The weight you paid for.
We weigh the meat, not the packaging, and show the price per kilo beside each meat pack. Burger boxes have a fixed price for all their contents.
Priced fairly, and we check.
Every month we compare our per-kilo prices with other butchers in Dubai. We won't be the cheapest, but you won't pay for a name.
We've cooked every cut ourselves.
So if you're not sure what to buy or how to cook it, ask. A person answers, and they'll know.
